A domestic through the floor lift offers great versatility in terms of placement and can be installed with a minimum amount of building work.
Through The Floor Lifts
Our through the floor lifts feature innovative design that allows them to be fitted almost anywhere in the home. Unlike other conventional lifts they do not require hydraulics or need to be fixed to walls or floors and are powered by an intelligent electric motor drive system that is very quiet and housed, out of sight, at the top of the lift.
They plug straight into any normal 13-amp power socket delivering exceptional performance with no external power packs needed.
The lifts have a self-supporting structure so no extra weight burden is put on the home and means the lifts can be installed in places where other home lifts will not fit, in less time and lower cost. Through the floor lifts require very little construction work, a builder would need to cut an aperture in the ceiling for the lift car to pass through. They can be installed in just one day and require a remarkably small space.
Our domestic through the floor lifts are aesthetically pleasing and include many features as standard. They are also available with a clear body made from structural polycarbonate to give it a contemporary look and as a thru-car version that allows users to enter and exit from both sides of the lift.

Out Of Balance Sensors
These will detect if the lift is ever out of balance and prevent the unit from travelling.
Operating the Lift requires constant pressure to the controls. This allows the user to ‘drive’ the lift and be in total control.
